To cancel a 2023 reservation, enter your complete confirmation number and your email address below.
Your confirmation number is located at the top left of your reservation invoice. If you reserved your site online or by phone, a copy will have been sent to the email address provided. It is also included on the printer-friendly screen receipt if you reserved your site online.
The first part of the number starts with 154 and is 9 digits long. The second part, separated from the first by a dash, is 6 or 7 digits long.
This number, combined with your email address, is used to find your reservation in the San Juan County system.
A valid email address is required to cancel your reservation online.
Enter the email address that you provided with your original reservation, whether online or by phone.
Email addresses are not case sensitive but they must match your reservation exactly.
You will receive a confirmation of your cancellation via email at this same address.
If you need assistance, please call us at (360) 378-8420 Monday thru Friday from 8am to 4pm PST/PDT.
Partial cancellations (changes) are not permitted. To make any changes, you must cancel your existing reservation and submit a new reservation request to change arrival dates, campsites, or duration of stay. Cancellations 30 days or greater in advance of your arrival date will incur a cancellation fee of 25% of the total camping fees.
Cancellations made within 30 days, but prior to 3 days, in advance of your arrival date will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total camping fees.
Within the three dates prior to your arrival date, all fees become non-refundable. To cancel before the non-refundable phase and your arrival date is a Friday, for example, you must cancel on Monday or earlier. Good Karma is offered for notifying us that your unused campsite will be available for first-come, first serve travelers.
Your $10 reservation fee is non-refundable.
Only online reservations, or reservations made using a credit card and valid email address can be cancelled online. Please call the office at (360) 378-8420 for assistance with other types of transactions.
Refunds for San Juan County Park Closures: Natural disasters and public health measures may impact our campground services. Should a reduction in service require us to cancel your reservation, a refund will be processed, less the non-refundable reservation fee. All refunds are processed through our Administrative Office.
